Q: What is your email address?

Q: Can we bring our baby/toddler/child?
A: Yes. Since many friends and family have little ones, we are NOT asking guests to ditch their babies & small children in order to attend -- especially since this may be the first opportunity to meet the new little cuties! While children can be one of the most joyous parts of a celebration; we do remind parents of the fact that this is an evening wedding & reception and little ones may not be very excited about having to "keep it together" so late in the day, so give that baby a nap or coffee to prepare them for the festivities :)
All-in-all, we want families to feel welcome and just ask that everyone who brings their little bundle-of-joy to take them for a walk if they start crying during the vows and keep a sharp eye out as the evening parties on to make sure that tiny fingers don't end up in the cake...and then on the carpet...and then in the punch-bowl :)
Q: Is the facility child-proof?
A: No. The reception ballroom on the third floor of a historic building. The windows are locked, so no worries there; but there is a stairwell off of the lobby to keep in mind, numerous wall outlets, long curtain sheers and an old elevator that doesn't have modern safety mechanisms on the sliding door. We just want all parents to know what to watch out for.
ANOTHER FYI: We will have a Candy Table for wedding favors and ask that all parents help their child dish themselves treats to avoid any gravity-related accidents involving giant glass jars and eager hands.
Q: Is the bride really wearing a red dress?
A: Yes, so feel free to wear white yourselves; with the wedding taking place in June, it may be a wise color to wear.
Q: Does Chico have an Airport?
A: Yes. You can find the website HERE
Q: We are arriving on Friday, can you recommend some good places to eat?
A: YES! Downtown Chico has some wonderful places to eat. If you like Mexican food, you can find Tres Hombres on the corner of Broadway and 1st Street. If you'd like Italian, Franky's on the corner of 5th Street and Ivy Street is tastey. If you want a hamburger, check out The Madison Bear Garden at 2nd Street and Salem Street. If you want the BEST pizza on the planet Earth, go to Celestino's Pizza and ask for a slice of The Godfather, located on the corner of 1st Street and Salem -- THE BEST! If you need a bagel in the AM, Check out Brooklyn Bagel Works at 311 3rd Street between Main and Broadway. If you need a REAL breakfast, head down 2nd Street and you will find Morning Thunder Cafe technically located on the corner at 352 Vallombrosa Ave. If you can't decide, at any time of day, head over to Jack's Family Diner open 24 hours on 5th Street at 540 Main Street and get the tastiest diner meal ever. The best part about Chico Restaurants? They are amazingly inexpensive due to the college atmosphere, but no less delicious.
