When he's not Robert and Karening, Mike likes to watch excellent films and dream about making films of similar quality. He prefers music that is oppressively beautiful. He is very wistful and this can make him slow to act. He hopes to become more productive while maintaining this wistfulness. He is also the wackiest band member, but if you met him in a post office you'd never know that.
